Cancellation & Refund Policy

Manatee Mamas carefully plans programs, events, educational adventures, and special experiences in advance. Many offerings involve prepaid venue fees, vendor commitments, supplies, staffing, or limited-capacity reservations. Because of this, payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Monthly Enrichment Program

Recurring Enrichment Program payments may be canceled at any time before the next billing date to prevent future charges. Payments already processed are non-refundable and are not prorated for partial billing periods.

Cancellation of the recurring program does not automatically cancel any separately purchased Educational Adventures, Special Experiences, or other registrations.

Educational Adventures & Special Experiences

Registrations for Educational Adventures, Special Experiences, and other individually purchased activities are generally non-refundable.

If a family is unable to attend, Manatee Mamas may allow a registration to be transferred to another eligible participant when permitted by the venue or provider. Transfers, credits, or exceptions are not guaranteed and may be offered at the discretion of Manatee Mamas.

Refunds or credits are generally not provided for missed events, illness, scheduling conflicts, late arrival, early departure, or failure to attend.

Cancellations or Changes by Manatee Mamas

If Manatee Mamas cancels an event and does not provide a rescheduled date, replacement experience, or comparable alternative, the amount paid for that event will be refunded or credited.

Events may occasionally be rescheduled, relocated, postponed, or modified due to weather, safety concerns, venue availability, vendor circumstances, low enrollment, or other conditions outside the reasonable control of Manatee Mamas. When possible, registration will be transferred to the revised event.

Third-Party Venues & Providers

Some activities are offered in partnership with third-party venues, instructors, vendors, or organizations. These providers may have their own cancellation, refund, transfer, participation, or attendance policies. When applicable, those policies may also apply to the registration.

Right to Make Exceptions

Manatee Mamas reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions, issue credits, approve transfers, or provide refunds at its discretion when circumstances warrant.
